To be eligible for a return / Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition & original packing that you received. The exchange is possible only one time within 15 days of purchase date with the purchase receipt/Invoice to avoid inconvenience as per policy.

Cancelation of online orders is possible by sending an email to If the goods are already dispatched at the time of cancellation no refunds are issued. Customers are responsible to pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unfortunately once an order is processed on our website it cannot be changed.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and as soon as the back order remaining item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment.

We make sure the orders are fulfilled during the peak season , if incase we have any product out of stock we manage to get it replenish during 2 weeks

Made to measure uniforms (MtoM’s) will always be more expensive than ready-made uniforms, since there are extra costs involved in tailoring the garment locally. The process for MtoM is within 14-21 days

Yes, products can be exchanged at the retail store if returned in their original packing and with the original invoice. Approvals will be given by the respective stores in charge. Refund is processed only after management approval & if approve then Credit Note will be provided valid for 90 days

Uniform fabrics are chosen by the school authorities. During the sampling stage they are shown various fabrics and colours, all of which meet our exacting standards. The final decision however, is made by the relevant schools

As per our replacement policy, exchanges or returns on account of quality, will be processed only after they are approved by the store in charge, Note that fitting issues are not considered quality issues

Uniform sizes are derived by conducting sizing research in schools where standard sizes are compared to the actual sizes of randomly chosen children. These specifications are then used in collaboration with internationally approved grading rules, to form the basis of the size range. For those students who do not conform to the standard sizes, we offer MtoM (made to measure) by request.

Price lists are available on the website, once a customer has registered they can view the prices of the relevant school.

Yes, You can pre-order out of stock items at our online store. Whenever the stock is available, goods are dispatched to your registered address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
