Return & Refund policy

We only replace items if they are defective/damaged or incorrect sizes for uniforms. To be eligible for a return / Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition & original packing that you received. The exchange is possible only one time within 15 days of purchase date with the purchase receipt/Invoice to avoid inconvenience as per policy.

Cancelation of online orders is possible by sending an email to info@knieperblues.com. If the goods are already dispatched at the time of cancellation no refunds are issued. Customers are responsible to pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify / acknowledge the customers and advise the approve / Rejection of refund. If request is approve then the refund will be processed, and a credit note will be given to you valid for 90 days from the refund receipt and later customer can buy the product from Knieper Blues accordingly. The exchanges can be done only from the relevant retail store where uniforms of the particular school are being sold.
